Primary Purpose

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and daily operation of the assigned branch office. This position provides direction, coaching, and support to customer-facing employees while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to Association policies and procedures. The Branch Manager serves as a relationship builder within the community, actively promoting Oconee Federal’s retail and business banking products and services, developing customer relationships, and supporting deposit growth within the market.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Create and maintain a positive sales and service culture focused on relationship banking.
  • Ensure employees are knowledgeable about retail banking products and services.
  • Open and oversee new deposit accounts including checking, savings, IRAs, and CDs.
  • Develop relationships with consumers, businesses, community leaders, and civic organizations.
  • Support growth in retail and business deposits through business development efforts.
  • Participate in community events, networking functions, and local organizations.
  • Monitor branch performance, customer service standards, operational efficiency, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain staffing schedules, attendance records, and performance documentation.
  • Conduct coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and employee development discussions.
  • Ensure adherence to Association policies, procedures, security standards, and regulations.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with lending, operations, treasury management, and other departments.
  • Maintain security controls that protect Association assets and minimize risk.

Preferred Experience

  • Three to five years of banking experience.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship development, sales, business development, or deposit growth.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking software applications.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Act as a market ambassador for Oconee Federal.
  • Support strategic objectives through special projects and initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Primary Purpose

Responsible for opening new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, cross-selling bank products and services, and providing quality customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Open and process new accounts, including checking, savings, certificates of deposit, IRAs, and business accounts.
  • Maintain share loan files, inform customers when collateral CDs have matured, and renew accounts.
  • Cultivate existing and new banking relationships.
  • Consult with customers on their specific deposit account needs; quote products and rates.
  • Assist in answering the telephone and transferring calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Process monthly, quarterly, and annual IRA distributions.
  • Research and verify account information and resolve customer problems as necessary.
  • Provide safe deposit box services.
  • Inform customers of dormant accounts.
  • Process customer check orders.
  • Assist customers in reconciling checking accounts.
  • Comply with all applicable procedures, laws, and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Required Education, Experience & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years of banking experience, preferably as a CSR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist COS, Head Teller, or Tellers when required.
  • Cross-sell services and products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Primary Purpose

Provide clerical and technical support in the coordination and processing of residential, consumer, and commercial loans, ensuring accurate documentation, timely closings, and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Prepare loan documents including loan notes, agreements, and mortgages using the loan origination system.
  • Prepare, deliver, and mail Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures in coordination with loan officers, closing attorneys, and borrowers.
  • Order and track required third-party documentation, including appraisals and title work.
  • Communicate with loan officers and underwriters to obtain required documentation for loan approval and closing.
  • Coordinate loan closings among loan officers, realtors, borrowers, and attorneys.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, employees, and realtors.
  • Assist other departments of the Association as needed.
  • Work to clear loan exceptions and any outstanding post-closing documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of banking or loan processing experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files accurately and on schedule.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, provide guidance, and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in residential and/or commercial loan processing.
  • Proficiency with loan origination systems (e.g., Encompass).
  • Knowledge of mortgage products, document preparation, and lending regulations.
  • Working knowledge of TRID requirements, including Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures.
  • Experience with HELOC and commercial loans.
