OCONEE FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION is the continuation and outgrowth of the Seneca Building and Loan Association which was chartered by the State of South Carolina in February, 1924, and has been in continuous operation since that time.
The name of Seneca Building and Loan Association was changed to OCONEE SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION in 1958 when our first branch office was opened in Walhalla. In 1992, the Association was issued a federal charter, at which time its name was changed to OCONEE FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION.
Oconee Federal has a main office location in Seneca, SC and three branch offices (please see the "contact us" page for locations). All of our offices are located in Oconee County, SC.
